I’m Anod ALZaid, hailing from Kuwait, and my passion for sports has been a lifelong journey. From a young age, I embraced the world of fitness. In 2010, I took my first steps into the gym, driven by the aspiration of becoming a fitness coach with the power to ignite positive transformations in people’s lives. My dedication to realizing dreams has only grown stronger with each achievement.

I proudly hold certificates in Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training, Health Coaching, and Nutrition, all of which fuel my role as a dedicated fitness coach at the gym. My journey doesn’t end there; I’ve also been involved in football since 2010. In 2018, I attained my C Coaching Certificate from the Asian Football Confederation, opening up opportunities to impart my knowledge in football training at various academies.
